Jack has practised exclusively in family law since his admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. He is committed to providing clear, pragmatic advice and achieving sensible and cost‑effective outcomes, while maintaining a strong and strategic approach when advocating for his clients.

Areas of Expertise:

• Property and Financial Matters – complex property settlements involving substantial asset pools, business interests, trusts and corporate structures, including valuation disputes, forensic accounting issues and financial contributions

• Financial Agreements – significant experience drafting and advising on agreements under the Family Law Act 1975, as well as applications to set aside agreements

• Dispute Resolution – extensive involvement in negotiated resolutions, private mediations, conciliations and court-based dispute resolution processes in both parenting and property matters

• Advocacy – regular appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1 and Division 2), including interim and final hearings, as well as appearances in the Magistrates Court and appellate jurisdictions

• Parenting Matters – complex parenting disputes, including matters involving family violence, risk issues, relocation, contraventions and high-conflict parenting arrangements
